Fluidized beds are ideal for shell lines that have complex shell designs or operate in space-constrained investment casting foundries. We offer fluidised beds in standard sizes ranging from diameter: 600mm-1350mm (24”-53”); depth: 600mm-1500mm (24”-59”). Each system is engineered for seamless integration with our IC-series robot and features turbine blowers appropriate to the stucco material to be used in the shell line. Our fluidized sand beds are equipped with:
