HD Rainfall Sanders

Heavy duty rainfall sander designed for efficient, controlled stucco coverage.

Our HD rainfall sanders are equipped for fully automatic operation, including a unique system designed to automatically remove unwanted stucco agglomerations, and a lift bucket system designed to concentrate stucco flow evenly.

Available in standard sizes as follows: 1700mm-4000mm (67”-157”) diameter; and 1400mm-3000mm (55”-118”) depth. HD rainfall sanders can be custom manufactured to alternative sizes to meet your production needs.

HD rainfall sanders have variable speed control to allow the sand fall to be adjusted to suit your recipe requirements. Dust emission can be minimised with an optional extraction system.

DD Rainfall Sanders

Effective stucco coating solutions for compact shellrooms.

Our DD rainfall sander unique design features an internal elevator that gently raises the stucco from the base of the structure to the upper distribution system. The smooth motion minimises sand breakdown and dust generation. The top of rainfall sander contains an integrated cleaning system to remove stucco agglomerations, keeping the sand quality at the desired level.

Standard sizes range between 1200mm-1400mm (47”-55”) diameter.

Vertical Sanders

Developed for the precision requirement of the aerospace industry.

The stucco distribution system incorporates a unique active reservoir to enhance rainfall characteristics. Our vertical sanders are equipped with variable speed controls and multi-gate systems to adjust the stucco flow as desired. The vertical sander is fitted with a unique stucco lifting conveyor to automatically transfer stucco between a lower reservoir and the active upper stucco reservoir. Additionally, the vertical sander is equipped with level sensors for sand filling and control. Dust emission can be minimized with an optional dust extraction system.

Dust Extraction System

Effective dust extraction for shellroom environments.

Our dust collector units can be connected directly to rainfall sanders using optional canopies and dust shields. For auto-operation, and when more than one rainfall sander is connected to the system, automatic zone valves minimize the total energy consumed and enable the full capacity of the collector to be concentrated only on the rainfall sander in use.

Stucco Elevator

System for filling rainfall sanders from floor level.

The stucco elevator is located behind the rainfall sander to fill the sander without interrupting the robot operation. Our stucco elevator includes a hopper at ground level, a tower, and a discharge nozzle at the required elevation height. The tower houses a belt with lifting buckets to transport the sand.
