We are committed to supporting STEM careers and creating clear pathways into the industry. Our apprenticeship and graduate programmes provide hands‑on experience, structured development, and the chance to work with cutting‑edge manufacturing technologies.
In partnership with In‑Comm Training Academy (UK), we have introduced a range of apprenticeship programmes within our manufacturing department. Our dedication to nurturing early‑career talent was recognised when we were named Apprentice SME of the Year at the IC Awards 2025. This was a key milestone that reflects our long‑term investment in people.
