DD Rainfall Sanders
The DD rainfall sander is a compact rotary sander, designed for smaller shell geometries. The system is engineered with an integrated elevator to gently lift stucco to the upper distribution system, reducing dust and media breakdown. The integrated cleaning system ensures consistent sand quality for effective stucco coating. We can manufacture the DD rainfall sander for manual or automated operation.

Vertical Sanders
Our vertical sanders feature a unique active reservoir that enhances rainfall characteristics. The vertical sander is installed with a stucco lifting conveyor to automatically transfer stucco between a lower reservoir and the active upper stucco reservoir. We have also designed the the vertical sander with level sensors for sand filling and control.
