Implementing Sustainable Operations

We have recently completed the installation of solar panels at our Halesfield site in Telford, marking a significant step forward in our journey toward sustainable operations. These panels now supply clean energy directly to our facility, powering equipment and daily operations. In line with this, our premises use sensor lighting and electric forklifts. By reducing our reliance on traditional energy sources, we are actively lowering our carbon footprint and taking meaningful action to protect the environment.

Expanding Global Reach: First System Installed in UAE

Our team of mechanical & electrical fitters have installed an IC-Series Shellmaker® System in UAE – our first shellroom system in the country. Our system design team worked closely with the customer to deliver a shellroom solution tailored precisely to their investment casting needs. This project highlights our ability to deliver world-class engineering solutions across borders. “It’s great to expand our reach into another country and region, adding to the existing 35 countries we have previously supplied our shellroom systems. This milestone not only demonstrates the global demand for our Shellmaker® Systems but also reinforces our reputation as a trusted partner in investment casting solutions. Apprentice SME of the Year

We were thrilled to be named Apprentice Employer SME of the Year at the IC-Awards 2025. This prestigious recognition celebrates our commitment to nurturing the next generation of manufacturing professionals and engineers. Our apprenticeship program offers hands-on experience from day one, supported by mentors and supervisors who are passionate about sharing their expertise and fostering personal growth.

Service Excellence and Training Impact

This year, our customer support team performed over 850 service days worldwide. Our service visits include comprehensive testing to ensure minimal disruption to production and optimal system performance. To further support our customers, our team delivered 10 training programs designed to empower maintenance teams and engineers with the skills needed to operate our shellroom systems confidently.
