Investment casting has traditionally relied on manual processes, often resulting in inconsistent ceramic shell quality and reduced operational efficiency. VA Technology automated Shellmaker System, powered by the IC-series robot, delivers consistent, high-quality shell production while significantly reducing variability and labour reliance. Our proprietary process management software, IC-Crystal, offers supervisory control across both robotic and peripheral shellroom equipment. This includes slurry tanks, sanders, fluidised beds, conveyors, and drying systems. Each component is engineered to enhance precision and stability throughout the shell-making process. Supporting this is our Cerramix range, engineered specifically for slurry mixing and designed to integrate seamlessly with our shellroom systems.
