As the UK engineering sector faces increasing pressure from labour and skills shortages, VA Technology remains committed to investing in its people. Through tailored training programmes delivered by In-Comm Training, VA Technology team members are gaining advanced competencies in welding, fabrication, electrical wiring, and mechanical fitting, all critical to the manufacture and installation of our shellroom systems.

With three dedicated fabrication workshops and a manufacturing team of over 100 individuals, VA Technology in-house expertise ensures that every shellroom system is built to the highest standards and installed seamlessly at customer sites.
