VA Technology welcomes a cohort of apprentices
VA Technology is pleased to welcome four apprentices to its engineering team in Telford, UK. These apprentices will now commence one year of study before joining the team onsite for roles within our engineering department.
The apprentices will complete this program by initially completing 12 months of study at In-Comm Training Academy (Telford) to complete an HNC Level 4. Our apprentices will gain practical, hands-on experience in fitting, turning, milling, welding, electrical, CNC, CAD and fluid power.
This is the first cohort of apprentices to join the company. VA Technology is pleased to partner with In-Comm Training Academy to support their career development. Undertaking an apprenticeship scheme is a great way of gaining hands-on experience by working with engineering experts and gaining insights from project meetings. We encourage our teams to work in multi-disciplinary teams, which in turn encourages sharing knowledge and problem-solving.
