Designed for efficient washing and rinsing of wax patterns ahead of the shell-making process.
Our wash and rinse tanks are manufactured from stainless steel. These tanks provide simple and effective cleaning, removing release agents and other contaminants from the wax surface prior to shell-making. An emptying valve is fitted to the bottom of the wash and rinse tank to enable emptying and an optional ‘surface clean’ device can be supplied to avoid contaminant entrapment on the immersed shell.
Wash and rinse tanks are available in the following standard sizes 600mm-1600mm (24”-63”) diameter; and 600mm–1300mm (24”-51”) depth.

Our pre-wet tanks are manufactured from stainless steel, and available in the following standard sizes 600mm-1600mm (24”-63”) diameter; and 600mm-1300mm (24”-51”) depth.
Pre-wet tanks provide a simple and safe holding environment for pre-wet slurry used in the shell-dipping process. The pre-wet tank contains an emptying valve fitted to the bottom of the tank to enable emptying. We also offer an optional ‘surface clean’ device to avoid contaminant entrapment on the immersed shell.
