These panels now supply clean energy directly to our facility, powering equipment and daily operations. In line with this, our premises use sensor lighting and electric forklifts. By reducing our reliance on traditional energy sources, we are actively lowering our carbon footprint and taking meaningful action to protect the environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expanding Global Reach: First System Installed in UAE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our team of mechanical &amp; electrical fitters have installed an IC-Series Shellmaker\u00ae System in UAE &#8211; our first shellroom system in the country. Our system design team worked closely with the customer to deliver a shellroom solution tailored precisely to their investment casting needs. This project highlights our ability to deliver world-class engineering solutions across borders. \u201cIt&#8217;s great to expand our reach into another country and region, adding to the existing 35 countries we have previously supplied our shellroom systems. This milestone not only demonstrates the global demand for our Shellmaker\u00ae Systems but also reinforces our reputation as a trusted partner in investment casting solutions. We look forward to seeing where the next 12 months takes us,\u201d commented James Clarkson, Director: Sales<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprentice SME of the Year<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We were thrilled to be named Apprentice Employer SME of the Year at the IC-Awards 2025. This prestigious recognition celebrates our commitment to nurturing the next generation of manufacturing professionals and engineers. Our apprenticeship program offers hands-on experience from day one, supported by mentors and supervisors who are passionate about sharing their expertise and fostering personal growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Excellence and Training Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year, our customer support team performed over 850 service days worldwide. Our service visits include comprehensive testing to ensure minimal disruption to production and optimal system performance.
